Job Summary
As a General Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring the hotel’s facilities remain in top condition. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, adhering to safety protocols, collaborating with other departments, proposing operational improvements, and conducting preventive maintenance. Strong troubleshooting abilities, organizational skills, and flexibility in working hours are critical for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.
