Job Summary
The General Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair, and construction tasks in mechanical, building, and electrical trades. Responsibilities include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting, following safety guidelines, using maintenance equipment, and demonstrating a commitment to quality improvement. The role requires mobility for accessing multi-level buildings and performing tasks such as walking, climbing, and lifting. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in trades such as Drywall, electric, plumbing & carpentry
- Ability to operate any equipment pertaining to painting, sprayer, scaffolds, ladders, etc.
- Valid driver’s license required with continued automobile insurance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
