General Maintenance Technician

Perform repairs and maintenance for guests, Housekeeping, and management, covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and furniture issues. Execute preventive maintenance on guest rooms and manage pool/spa chemical balance, cleaning, and filter inspections. Conduct daily walk-throughs, record meter readings and boiler temperatures, and inspect physical conditions including paint, woodwork, and grout. Document all work on order forms and log programs while notifying Front Desk and Housekeeping of room statuses. Know emergency procedures and assist guests during incidents. Requires frequent walking, bending, and use of hand tools.
