Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including inspection and cleaning, and execute routine repairs on buildings and facilities. Troubleshoot issues, inspect buildings and systems periodically to identify problems, and monitor energy management and emergency equipment. Complete work orders with written responses detailing how each request was resolved. Be available to work on special events on weekends as necessary. This full-time, first-shift role supports HES's mission to maintain school facilities across 29 states.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to work on special events on weekends as necessary
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on buildings and facilities
- Assist in inspecting and or monitoring energy management systems and emergency equipment to ensure operating conditions of the facility are at appropriate conditions
- Completing work orders with written response on how the request was resolved
- Inspection of buildings, equipment, and systems periodically to identify any issues
- Performs general maintenance tasks, as assigned
- Performs other related job duties as assigned
