Job Summary
Assist with routine maintenance tasks including light repairs, painting, and minor surface work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry trades. Perform basic repairs such as leak fixes, drain unclogging, flooring restoration, and furniture assembly while safely operating hand and power tools. Support senior technicians on complex projects and assist with event setups, installations, and coverage. Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly while adhering to all safety guidelines and maintaining clean work areas. Requires high school diploma, 1-3 years of general maintenance experience, and ability to lift 50lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and perform hands-on labor
- Comfort working at heights (ladders) and in confined spaces
