Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance on hotel property, outside grounds, and equipment. Assist guests with room repairs and common area maintenance while responding to service requests. Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on routine inspections, capital expenditures, and executing standard operating procedures. Identify asset concerns and recommend maintenance solutions. Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Requires high school diploma, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Evening and weekend availability needed for part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift
- PM (evening) & weekend availability
