Job Summary
Maintenance role focusing on installing, repairing, servicing, inspecting, and maintaining FF&E, facilities, and systems (life safety, HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical, mechanical) in a hotel setting; requires 2-5 years of building maintenance experience; trade skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, and landscaping are preferred; flexible shifts and a team-oriented attitude are important; base pay starts at $37.52 per hour with health benefits, paid holidays, vacation, medical leave, retirement plan (401K), and growth opportunities through training and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance
- Trade or Vocational School graduate desired
- Knowledge of one or more trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) desired
- Ability to work flexible days and shifts
