General Maintenance Operative

General Maintenance Operative (Electrical Bias) for a brand-new commercial development near Liverpool Street. You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit two-person team, carrying out electrical maintenance and general building fabric PPM and reactive tasks, supporting small works and reactive repairs across lighting, power, and general services. You will use CAFM systems (IFS or client platform) to log work and ensure compliance, participate in out-of-hours callouts with generous overtime, and work closely with your teammate and on-site Supervisor to keep the building running smoothly. The role requires electrical maintenance experience in commercial environments, a hands-on, practical approach, and knowledge of Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work. A team player who can also work independently; bonus for experience on new builds or high-end office spaces.
