Job Summary
Complete preventive maintenance work orders and repair building components throughout the facility. Install hardware and fixtures, perform minor carpentry and painting, and assist other maintenance trades. Maintain accurate maintenance records while utilizing hand and power tools for general repairs. Requires three years of maintenance experience, knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and minor plumbing or electrical work, and strong troubleshooting skills. Full-time position in Culpeper, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of carpentry, doors, hardware, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
