Job Summary
Perform repair, maintenance, and inspections on off-site facility equipment, including minor plumbing, electrical, heating/AC, paint, and wallboard work. Conduct regular visual inspections, listen for irregular noises, and perform scheduled testing on machinery. Use power and hand tools to complete work orders documenting parts used and par levels maintained. Maintain machinery and the adjacent workplace in a state of cleanliness while creating schedules for inspection and service. Respond to emergencies or urgent needs as a team player, prioritizing requests based on immediate requirements.

- Ability to use a variety of power and hand tools
- Ability to maintain machinery and the adjacent workplace in a state of appropriate cleanliness
- Ability to create and maintain a schedule for inspection, service and testing of machinery
- Ability to read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification or installation of machinery
- Ability to complete work orders to document work completed, parts used and par levels maintained
- Ability to work with the Coordinator to prioritize work requests based on immediate needs and schedule
