Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair of grounds, buildings, and facility equipment, executing skilled technical duties and semi-skilled labor in operations. Manage tasks across air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing, machine service, carpentry, upholstery, painting, plastering, heavy equipment, landscaping, and general upkeep. Maintain proficiency with tools and equipment while ensuring all work meets facility standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of facilities maintenance experience, and a valid MS Gaming Permit.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years' experience in Facilities Maintenance or in a related field
- Must be able to get a MS Gaming Permit
Desired Qualifications
