General Maintenance III

Respond to repair requests and alarms on building automation systems, providing first response to all maintenance situations. Conduct routine equipment room checks, inspect electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems, and perform air filter cleaning and lubrication. Make adjustments or repairs, notify tradespersons as needed, and complete daily activity summary sheets. Initiate Facilities Operations work orders and verbal handoffs to ensure follow-through on customer and facilities concerns. Work evenings from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm with weekend and holiday rotation. This mission-critical role supports patient safety and hospital operations at Geisinger Community Medical Center.
