Job Summary
Maintenance II role responsible for following a daily schedule of equipment service and general repair of non-medical equipment, plus minor remodeling. Performs general carpentry, masonry tasks, sets up scaffold and ladders, and repairs mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Maintains tools and equipment in safe operable condition and reports problems to supervisor. Work primarily in an office environment with emphasis on safety and adherence to organization policies.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years-Skilled labor
