Job Summary
Seasonal General Maintenance I at Montauk Lodge responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing, HVAC, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring and painting; complete and track service requests, assist in prioritizing tasks, prepare staff work assignments and preventative maintenance schedules, maintain customer service standards, manage supplies/inventory, inspect facilities for maintenance needs, promote safe work practices, and possess a valid driver's license. Must work varied day/night/weekend/holiday shifts; physical duties include standing, bending, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally; pre-employment drug screen required; education and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of facility maintenance experience; OSHA knowledge.
