Job Summary
General Maintenance role at Hot Springs Mountain Tower requires performing a variety of basic upkeep tasks across buildings and grounds, including the elevator, retail space and facilities. Responsibilities include receiving and completing work orders, painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, landscaping maintenance, and other hands-on repairs; follow safety policies; assist team members; provide courteous visitor service; and lift 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally. Must be able to work on ladders, scaffolding, elevated platforms or crawl spaces, and comply with OSHA requirements. Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work varied day, weekend, and holiday shifts. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of general maintenance/construction experience preferred. Technical certification/degree is a plus. Learn more at HotSpringsTower.com.
