Job Summary
Maintain the building's physical appearance and working order of the club, assisting with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system functionality. Ensure security, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance of all engineering tools, equipment, and safety features per established procedures. Complete delegated work orders timely, respond to after-hour calls, and report unsafe conditions immediately. Operate hand and power tools safely while keeping storerooms organized. Journeymen level experience or 2+ years in building maintenance preferred; ability to perform painting, woodworking, and general repair required. Flexible for multiple tasks and stressful situations. Hourly pay range $20 to $24 DOE with daily pay, PTO, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to complete all types of work orders generated for engineering
- Must have a general understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Journeymen level experience or equivalent in a trade or 2+ years in building maintenance experience
- Ability to effectively perform painting, woodworking, and general carpentry
- Ability to perform maintenance and general repair
- Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
Desired Qualifications
- Journeymen level experience or equivalent in a trade or 2+ years in building maintenance experience preferred
