Receive work order assignments via cell phone, verbal, or written instructions for routine or emergency repairs. Perform plumbing installations for sinks, commodes, and water coolers; replace damaged lines and clear clogged drains. Execute minor electrical repairs, carpentry work, drywall fixes, and lighting changes. Conduct daily building inspections and report findings electronically. Oversee outside vendors, secure materials from the warehouse, and notify supervisors of supply needs. Rotate shifts to cover various schedules as required by the Facilities Maintenance Department. Maintain safety compliance and report unusual situations to leadership.
