General Maintenance Engineer for Holiday Inn Gaithersburg, responsible for maintenance, repair of hotel property, outside grounds, and hotel equipment, plus preventative maintenance and asset protection. Works with the Chief Engineer to learn and execute preventive maintenance, inspections, and capital expenditures; provides guest service support, identifies maintenance solutions, and adheres to SOPs. Must maintain a safe work area, collaborate with other departments, and perform duties inside or outside the normal scope of engineering. Requires ability to push/pull/lift up to 100 pounds and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.
