Job Summary
Complete work order service requests for store operations, performing preventive maintenance and overseeing contractors for housekeeping, landscape, and pest control. Execute electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs including fixture installations, pump replacements, drain cleaning, and HVAC tune-ups. Maintain commercial equipment such as tractors, forklifts, and pallet jacks while handling building repairs like painting, wall fixes, and floor restoration. Prioritize energy conservation and waste management programs alongside daily maintenance tasks. This full-time role requires broad skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical trades with a focus on performance across various tasks rather than deep specialization in a single trade.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or 1-2 year vocational training
- High mechanical ability
- Must also be willing to work with and oversee the work of others
- Verifiable experience in maintenance related work fields
- Experience that demonstrates skill in various building trades listed above
- Must be willing to work with and oversee the work of others

- Must have no limitations due to lifting requirements
- Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather
- Requires continuous use of gross motor skills, near/far vision, color definition, hearing, and speech
- Requires eye/hand coordination, use of fine motor skills, works in difficult and confined spaces, pushes, pulls or utilizes manual and bi-manual dexterity
