Job Summary
Maintain property cleanliness by emptying trash, replacing liners, and cleaning vacuum stations, mat areas, and vending zones. Remove debris, litter, leaves, and snow from walkways and parking areas while performing basic landscaping duties. Clean windows, signs, and exterior surfaces as needed, and assist with pressure washing sidewalks, curbs, and facility surfaces. Operate pressure washers, lawn equipment, and cleaning tools safely. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, with previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly wage up to $18, plus health insurance and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely operate pressure washers, lawn equipment, and cleaning tools
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or facility maintenance experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
