General Maintenance Facility Tech

Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of building systems and equipment, performing general duties like light fixture replacement, minor repairs, and basic troubleshooting using hand and power tools safely. Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks and learn to use the CMMS program to log work. Perform surface preparation, minor drywall repair, and general cleanup, while maintaining maintenance inventory and notifying supervisors when supplies are low. Return all work areas to a clean, neat, and safe condition. Learn fire, safety, and emergency practices, informing supervisors of any unsafe conditions observed. Participate in training directed at job-related skills and safety compliance.
