Job Summary
General Maintenance Engineer responsible for the corrective, preventive and emergency maintenance needs of Woods Cove Inn. Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and public areas, respond to guest repair requests, clean and inspect areas, operate and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, perform painting and minor carpentry, manage maintenance inventory, use Lockout/Tagout, and communicate daily activities to other shifts while maintaining energy conservation and safety practices.
