Job Summary
General Maintenance Engineer responsible for scheduled maintenance of boiler systems, pumps, ventilation, plumbing, EMS and building components; utilize service manuals, manuals and blueprints; perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs (lighting, patching, painting, HVAC filters, carpet cleaning); maintain operation logs; communicate with Residence management to resolve issues; comply with safety policies and build codes; develop positive relationships with staff; may supervise others and assist with moving equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- First Class Stationary Engineer’s Operating License
- 3 years of related work experience
- Education: Technical, Trade or Vocational School Degree
- Supervisory experience
