Respond to service calls and complete HVAC duct cleaning, maintenance, and repairs for residential properties, including dryer vents and registers. Update work order status on mobile devices, submit required paperwork, and communicate activity results and potential problems to supervisors. Maintain company vehicles and inventory while adhering to safe vehicular operations policies. Perform on-call after-hour emergency and urgent repairs as needed. Requires a current vehicle license, ability to prioritize tasks under pressure, and proficiency with specialty equipment and mobile applications.
