Job Summary
Organize storage rooms, work areas, and inventory records by moving boxes, furniture, and equipment while removing bulk trash and maintaining accurate item logs. Clean interior and exterior windows, wash company and owner vehicles as needed, and assist with general cleaning and maintenance projects. Complete other duties and special projects assigned by the supervisor and owners. This hands-on role requires physical fitness to lift up to 75 pounds and perform active work throughout the day. A valid driver's license is preferred, and previous maintenance or warehouse experience is helpful.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
- Previous maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including: Excel, Word, & Outlook
- Ability to enter and maintain accurate inventory records
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take clear photographs and upload them to inventory records
- Ability to keep inventory locations organized and accurately labeled
- Ability to follow established inventory procedures and maintain data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
