Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance work covering plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks as assigned. Operate equipment including tractors, dump trucks, and jackhammers while assisting in construction and remodeling phases. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and record daily assignment times for job accounting. Requires at least two years of general maintenance experience, a valid Arizona driver's license, and ability to lift, bend, and work in unusual positions. Certification in a skilled trade is preferred.
