Job Summary
Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial preparation and resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Take and defend depositions, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategies while attending court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. Work directly with clients, insurance carriers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel to evaluate liability, damages, and exposure. Handle a diverse caseload involving premises, product, and automobile liability matters from inception through resolution. Requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active New York license.

- J.D. From an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New York
Desired Qualifications
- Litigation experience preferred, although strong junior attorneys with relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in premises liability, product liability, insurance defense, or automobile liability is a plus
- Strong writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail
