Job Summary
Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial preparation and resolution for premises, product, and automobile liability matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents while taking and defending depositions. Conduct legal research to develop litigation strategies and attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. Work directly with clients, insurance carriers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel to evaluate liability, damages, and exposure while providing practical legal guidance. Requires J.D. from an accredited law school, active New York license, and strong writing and advocacy skills. Competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and hybrid work flexibility.

- Active license to practice law in New York
Desired Qualifications
- Litigation experience preferred, although strong junior attorneys with relevant experience will be considered

- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail
