Job Summary
Pre-Suit focused Attorney in Detroit handling day-to-day pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and completing TD approval for liability issues. Oversees settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages, manages the release approval process, and leads a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Focuses on personal injury cases, primarily automotive, while driving compliance and KPIs. Responsibilities include EUOs, PIP statements, recorded statements, and strong client service and communication, with superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the MI State Bar Association
- 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience
