General Liability Pre Suit Attorney

Job Summary
Pre-Suit focused Attorney responsible for day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work, drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages. Will manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers with a focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive, driving compliance and KPIs. Must perform TD approvals, EUOs, PIP statements, and contribute to high-volume pre-litigation workflows while delivering strong client service and advocacy. Requires a law degree, active DE Bar status, and demonstrated leadership and written/oral advocacy skills.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the DE State Bar Association
- 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
