Job Summary
Handle all pre-litigation work for personal injury cases, primarily automotive, including drafting and filing documents, completing Flip-to-Lit and TD approvals, and managing EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements. Guide clients through the case process, oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation, and manage the release approval process. Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers while driving compliance and KPIs. Required Qualifications
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (SC)
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
