Handle catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation matters with broad trial experience. Requires 8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience and California Bar admission. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearing, and drafting and arguing motions
- Admission to the California Bar
