Job Summary
General Liability Paralegal supporting a national defense litigation firm in White Plains. Responsibilities include searching court-related databases, organizing materials for expert witness review, reviewing and organizing document productions, summarizing transcripts, managing and organizing case files, and drafting subpoenas/logs for records. Requires 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and, ideally, a Paralegal Certificate; Insurance defense experience is a plus. The role emphasizes fast-paced, team-oriented collaboration and strong written/verbal communication skills. Salary range $60,000–$70,000; full benefits including 401(k) and health coverage.
Required Qualifications
