Job Summary
Handle litigation cases involving personal injury motor vehicle incidents, including trial preparation and trial. Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Guide clients through the case process and coordinate with expert witnesses for conferences, reports, and affidavits. Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requires a law degree from an accredited school, active membership in good standing with the TN State Bar Association, and ability to manage high-volume litigation. Full-time role in Memphis offering medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO.
