Job Summary
Conduct insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Handle matters specific to personal injury and premises liability, with a focus on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. Manage significant exposure cases for both businesses and individuals who may be insured or self-insured. This role offers partnership opportunities for those with extensive relevant experience. The firm is a full-service AmLaw 100 entity with over 600 attorneys nationwide, known for obtaining top defense verdicts. Hybrid work is available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Experience specific to personal injury
- Experience specific to premises liability
- Admission to the Georgia Bar
