Job Summary
Manage case management, motion practice, and discovery for insurance defense litigation, including hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Represent defendants in significant exposure cases involving property and personal injury claims for both businesses and individuals. Handle catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation matters with broad trial experience. Requires admission to the Louisiana Bar and 2 to 15 years of experience. Required Qualifications
- strong research and writing skills
