Job Summary
Lead and perform general ledger accounting, month-end close, consolidation reporting, and maintenance of internal controls; prepare monthly and annual financial statements; support internal/external audits; drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration; assist in yearly budgeting and variance analysis; ensure compliance with SOX and IFRS/VAS; leverage ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and advanced Excel; mentor a small team of accountants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in general accounting
- Experience related to SOX compliance is a great plus
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and advanced MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) or IFRS
- Excellent English communication skills
- Potential to lead or mentor a small team of accountants
