Job Summary
Oversee daily packaging line operations, supervise and coach associates, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure output meets production schedules and customer deadlines. Lead teams of encapsulators or weighers/blenders through daily activities, assign tasks, monitor workflow, and train members on procedures and safety protocols. Monitor line performance, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Quality and Safety teams to ensure batches meet specifications. Maintain compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Prior experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Willingness and flexibility to work 3rd shift or rotating shifts as needed
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and safety standards (nutraceutical, food, pharma, or similar regulated environment preferred)
