Job Summary
Assist with the installation of temporary and permanent fencing, access steps, and site infrastructure. Load, unload, and move materials safely while using hand and power tools as required. Maintain a clean, organized working environment and strictly follow site-specific health and safety procedures. Support site teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule. This hands-on role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and requires a valid CSCS Green Labourer Card and full UK driving licence. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to travel across various project sites. RSS Infrastructure is a multi-disciplinary service provider for the rail and construction sectors, offering diverse solutions across infrastructure projects throughout the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a General Labourer within construction, highways, fencing or civil environments
- Valid CSCS Green Labourer Card
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to travel and work on various project sites when required
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience installing fencing, barriers or access systems
- Highways or civil engineering experience
- Additional site certifications such as Highways Passport, NRSWA, CPCS or IPAF
