Job Summary
General Labourer - Microsurfacing across Ontario, supporting micro surfacing operations with site setup, material handling, equipment support, and ensuring safe, efficient worksite practices. Responsibilities include assisting with micro surfacing operations (site setup, traffic control support, end-of-day cleanup), loading/unloading materials and tools, supporting the paver crew with material delivery, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assisting with temporary line painting and roadway measurements, and following company safety protocols. Requires physical outdoor work in all weather, reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork. Previous road construction experience is an asset; valid driver’s license preferred (DZ/AZ considered an asset). Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $31.00 per hour. The role involves traveling across Ontario and working with crews on microsurfacing projects as part of Miller Paving, a Miller Group subsidiary.
