General Labourer - Maintenance

Job Summary
Conduct site maintenance by removing debris, sweeping, and pressure washing to keep the work environment clean and organized. Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance on tractor-trailers, while operating general site vehicles such as pickup trucks and assisting with parts and service coverage. Load, unload, and move materials manually or with basic tools, and execute minor repairs including painting, janitorial tasks, and office fixes. Work in strict accordance with company safety policies and provincial/federal health and safety regulations, maintaining physical stamina to lift up to 65 lbs regularly. Cross-train to assist skilled trades or operators as needed, ensuring project deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications
- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
- Ability to manually lift and move up to 65 lbs regularly
- Ability to push or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating a skid steer or similar small machinery
