Job Summary
Install attic walls and other areas using fiberglass batts, load and unload materials, and perform job site clean-up and maintenance tasks. Work in pairs on various job sites indoors and outdoors, including confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces, while using ladders and handheld power tools. Complete paperwork accurately and on time, wear required PPE, and manage materials effectively. Schedule includes Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, starting as early as 6am with flexible end times. Full-time hourly position with competitive piecework rates, paid training, and health benefits. Fully vaccinated candidates required.
Required Qualifications
- G Driver's license with a clear driver's abstract
- Must be comfortable working at heights and tight spaces
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team
- Proven time management, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work OT and weekends when needed
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Ability to work Mon-Fri (occasional weekends), start time as early as 6am with flexible end times
- Successful candidate must be fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with drywall, taping, roofing, landscaping, construction, or insulation
