Job Summary
Retrieve and stage boxes on carts for weighers, then return and scan them into storage. Support weighing tasks, ring, sieve, crush, and split materials including international soils under direct supervision. Load and unload drying ovens while maintaining production logs and performing general cleaning duties. Assist with layout tasks and ensure all procedures comply with established safety regulations and analytical quality standards. Work independently or as part of a team, lifting up to 20 lbs and sitting or standing for up to 7.5 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic alphanumeric comprehension
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 7.5 hours per day
- Manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks
- Valid working visa or citizenship/permanent resident status of the country of application
