Job Summary
Retrieve and stage boxes on carts for weighers, then return and scan them into storage. Support weighing tasks, ring, sieve, crush, and split samples under direct supervision. Load and unload drying ovens while maintaining production logs and performing general cleaning duties. Use correct methods in accordance with established procedures to ensure analytical quality and comply with all health and safety policies. Perform other duties as assigned while wearing full body PPE and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic alphanumeric comprehension
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 7.5 hours per day
- Manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of the country you are applying for, or either hold or be able to obtain, a valid working visa
