Job Summary
Retrieve and stage boxes on carts for weighers, then return and scan them into storage after weighing. Support weighing tasks, ring, sieve, crush, and split materials including international soils under direct supervision. Load and unload drying ovens while maintaining production logs and performing general cleaning duties. Assist with layout tasks and ensure analytical quality by following established procedures and safety regulations. Work independently or as part of a team with strong hand-eye coordination and organizational skills. This role involves lifting up to 20 lbs and sitting or standing for up to 7.5 hours daily. You will wear full body PPE and perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic alphanumeric comprehension
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 7.5 hours per day
- Manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to obtain a valid working visa
