Job Summary
Unload containers, compare received products against receiving sheets, and prepare items for forklift stacking. Wrap shipping skids, load and unload trucks under supervision, and check products for working order and quantities. Choose appropriate packing materials, pack according to safety protocols, and receive deliveries from manufacturing units. Arrange items to optimize space, maintain shipping and receiving logs, and ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized. Maintain equipment and tools used in delivery or loading processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Position may require standing for a long period of time
Desired Qualifications
- Counterbalance forklift certification
