Job Summary
Prepare and clean up construction sites, move materials and equipment, and perform demolition, excavation, and compaction activities. Handle and distribute construction materials by loading and unloading vehicles, moving tools to work areas, and removing debris. Spot for equipment operators when required and maintain general site safety. Lift 50 lbs regularly and stand or walk for long periods while communicating professionally with supervisors, co-workers, and the public. This entry-level position includes on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
