Job Summary
General Laborers needed for MGC Contractors, Inc.’s Texas division in El Paso. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include working quickly and safely to meet production goals under the Leadman/Foreman/Superintendent/Project Manager guidance, maintaining a clean and safe job site, assisting with a variety of general labor tasks, using standard tools and equipment, and performing other duties as assigned. Role requires outdoor construction-site work, ability to read signs and directions, verbal communication with team on-site, and stamina to operate in all weather. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs/ladders, bending, kneeling, crouching, and exposure to dust, chemicals, and noises. This is a full-time position with possible overtime/weekend work. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred. Required Qualifications

- Passing a pre-employment drug screen is required
