Job Summary
Lead industrial insulation projects by supervising crews, overseeing job site operations, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to quality standards. Maintain proper safety gear and procedures at all times while performing insulation installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Use field coating inspection equipment to verify high-quality work and identify challenges quickly to keep projects running smoothly. Bilingual (English & Spanish) with experience in surface preparation, industrial painting, and/or coatings is required. Travel is required for projects.
