General Laborer (with Driver’s License)

General Laborer role supporting environmental and construction projects through hands-on physical labor, site setup, erosion-control installations (silt fences, straw wattles, blankets), material transport between local job sites, and light equipment operation. Responsibilities include site preparation, maintenance and labor, driving/logistics, handling hand/power tools and learning to operate light machinery (e.g., skid steers, tractors, hydroseeders), landscape stabilization (seeding, sod installation), and maintaining OSHA-compliant, hazard-free job sites. Strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and adherence to company protocols.
